What is the CCMC Course?

The Certificate Course in Maritime Catering (CCMC) is a 6-month pre-sea training program designed for individuals who aspire to work in the merchant navy’s catering and hospitality department.

Approved by the Directorate General of Shipping (DG Shipping), Government of India, the course equips students with essential knowledge of culinary skills, food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and shipboard hospitality.
